BiolleyFarms emerged as a dream of creating a Model Farm for the production of highly nutritious and concentrated Functional Foods grown in Food Forests.
Our successful Model Farm, of small-scale agriculture, with permaculture, biointensive and sustainable techniques, use of solar energy to dehydrate and enhance the bioactive components of our products, allowed us to export our model in 2022 and form a Network of Biofarms , suppliers of raw material with intermediate processing value, for the Elaboration of Food Supplements, Vitamins, Nutraceuticals and Cosmetics, 100% Natural. SUSTAINABILITY:
Our Bio Farms are developed in Biolley of Buenos Aires, at the entrance of La Amistad International Park, at the foot of the mighty Cordillera de Talamanca. It constitutes one of the richest areas in biodiversity in Costa Rica and the World... Yes... the World!
We alternate the forest wealth of the region with the low-scale production of functional foods, that is, those highly nutritious and concentrated products, of great therapeutic value and in great demand among those consumers who opt for healthier lifestyles and hand in hand of the nature.
Our permaculture, biointensive, composting and detoxification techniques, added to an organic fertilization process, without chemicals or animal waste, allow us to offer a product rich in bio components such as: Curcumin, Gingerol and Piperine, with high levels of antioxidants, vegan, free gluten free and 100% natural.
INCLUSION:
More than half of the world's food production is carried out by women, however, less than 5% own the land they produce. Thus increasing their vulnerability and the lack of equity for this population.
Our Network of Bio Farms are led by Women, developers and promoters of the Peasant Family Economy in remote areas.
We promote family production, using all the active forces of its nucleus, natural, social and financial resources, thus strengthening its cohesion, increasing its quality of life and the socioeconomic growth of its members, which will be reflected in their individual development, as a whole and that of your community.

Our specialist in dehydration and food processing, methodical, analytical and demanding, for whom quality is non-negotiable, allows us to offer a highly concentrated, nutritious and therapeutic product.
Marcos develops his Aromatic Garden Project, with medicinal and therapeutic plants, oriented to the elaboration of our Natural Cosmetics. In this way we ensure the quality of our raw material and our cosmetic products.
We recognize the importance of his work in our organization, so like his brother, he participates as a PARTNER of the BIOFARMS Brand, receiving a percentage of the profits, on all the products of our cosmetic line.
